Guests can cancel up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled reservation for a refund less a $10 cancellation fee. If guests cancel within 48 hours of their scheduled reservation they will forfeit their deposit or a gift card can be issued for a future visit. We will suspend operations during high water or a thunderstorm warning is issued.

To ensure safety and protect the river, please leave the following items at home.
The Saco River is a natural river and not an amusement park. There are no lifeguards along the way. The river averages 3 feet deep but there are some areas that may be 8 feet deep. Every participant is given a life jacket. Per state law, children 12 and under are required to wear them.
Saturdays are very busy and festive on the river. Sunday-Friday are busy with lots of families. We sell out most days that temperatures are predicted to be over 80 degrees, so be sure to

Rope swings are not maintained by Saco Canoe Rental Company. They are inherently risky. Use extreme caution. They are maintained by 14-year-old aspiring engineers.
Saco River Tubing Center is operated by Saco Canoe Rental Company LLC.
